Gabe Place

At Clean Energy Ventures, Gabe supports the financial operations of the firm, ensuring financial practices and reporting are accurate and timely, and focusing on improving the financial systems and processes of the firm. He strives to optimize financial performance and provide high quality service to CEV’s investors, organization and partners.

Prior to his current position, Gabe was a Finance Intern at Empire Portfolio Group where he worked throughout the accounting process and analyzed the month end financial statements. While at school he also participated in multiple other internships, was a teaching assistant, and tutor across many subjects.

Gabe holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance and General Accounting from Martin J. Whitman School of Management at Syracuse University where he graduated summa cum laude.
