Leveraging more than a decade of experience in consulting and energy, Yi Jean has worked with dozens of climate tech companies spanning business development and product management, to developing partnerships and commercial contracts with international energy utilities.
Prior to joining CEV, Yi Jean was an Investment Principal at Future Energy Ventures (FEV), the corporate venture capital arm of E.ON Energy, an international energy company. At FEV, she led the development of the fund’s Impact and ESG methodology and served as board director and observer for multiple startups within the energy and mobility sectors. Yi Jean started her career in strategy and operations consulting, and has worked at energy startups in Boston, New York and London. She is a CFA Charterholder, and graduated with a BA in Chemistry and Physics from Harvard University, and a MSc in Economics and Policy of Energy and the Environment from University College London.
