Biography
As COO, Ted is accountable for the full operational infrastructure of the firm — spanning investment process design, AI and technology, human capital, investor relations, ESG and impact measurement, the firm's platform and marketing functions, and more.
As a member of the leadership team, Ted has led the firm's organizational scaling, built its core operating systems from the ground up, and expanded the firm internationally. He also serves as a senior operating advisor to portfolio companies navigating early and pre-growth commercialization.
Ted brings deep experience at the intersection of energy, technology, and operations, having advised organizations across his career including MIT, First Wind, innogy/E.ON, Apex Clean Energy, DNV GL and more. He holds an Executive Certificate in Management & Leadership from MIT and a BA from Boston College.
