Biography
As the Impact Measurement and Management Manager at Clean Energy Ventures, Stasha quantifies the emissions mitigation potential of prospective investments and tracks portfolio company impact over time. She brings more than a decade of professional experience, with the last four years focused on carbon accounting and quantitative climate assessment.
Prior to CEV, Stasha was Senior Lead Consultant on the decarbonization team at Ramboll. There she led annual greenhouse gas inventories for corporate clients and for the portfolio companies of multiple private equity firms, working with companies across industries and maturity levels. She ran the firm's voluntary reporting program, training consultants and building systems to support full CDP and EcoVadis disclosures, scoring gap assessments, and disclosure improvement strategies. Stasha supported decarbonization strategy, drafting climate transition plans that included procurement and supplier spend analysis, modeling of emissions reduction potential, and implementation recommendations. She also supported numerous ports and terminals with the EPA's Clean Ports Program, where she measured emissions and drafted implementation plans for reducing emissions and pollution in operations.
Before Ramboll, as an Environmental Defense Fund Climate Corps Fellow at Ross Stores, she completed the retailer's initial scope 3 inventory and designed a supplier engagement strategy for its top vendors. She began her career in enterprise software at Convey Health Solutions, rising to Senior Manager of Client Services, where she led the team in service delivery for the company's best-selling SaaS product line.
Stasha currently serves on the City of Tacoma's Climate & Sustainability Commission for the 2024 to 2027 term, providing public accountability and oversight for the implementation of Tacoma's 2030 Climate Action Plan and the city's community engagement on sustainability. She lives in Tacoma, Washington, and holds an MBA in Corporate Sustainability with a Carbon Management Certificate from Colorado State University and a BS in Public Relations from West Virginia University. Outside work she loves spending time outdoors, taking advantage of the mountains and waterways of the Pacific Northwest, or at home baking, reading, and hanging out with her dog, Maverick.
